ORDER TRACKING

Home Delivery:
Once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number together with a link to track your order. With this link you will always know your order status and its location, and you can also change the date and delivery options.

Delivery to a Florentino Store:
If you have chosen the Store Collection option, once your order arrives to the selected store, you will receive an email confirming that your order is ready to be picked up. To collect your order you must present/show to the shop assistant the order confirmation (sent to you via email), and a proof of identity as the ID, Passport or Driving Licence.
